Shipping policy

We offer competitive rates for delivery service nationally, using a combination of our own van network and DPD couriers.

Please note an Irish phone number must be provided in order to make deliveries in the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we cannot provide you with an exact delivery time for Dublin deliveries, you must ensure you are available to receive delivery at home/work during the hours of 8am – 5pm.

If you are outside Dublin, then DPD will be your courier and they will update you via text /email with a time slot for delivery. 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Free Local Delivery on orders over €50 for Dublin city centre in Dublin 1 to 7.

26 counties (excluding North) within 3 to 5 working days. 

The following charges apply:

Standard Signed for delivery €8.40 up to 30kg. This service includes insurance, online track and trace and signature upon delivery of your item.

There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Please note that according to the number of parcels and the weight of the order, additional delivery charges may be applied to your order. The charge is €5.50 for each additional box. 

NORTHERN IRELAND & UNITED KINGDOM 

Unfortunately our delivery service with DPD has been suspended due to Brexit. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

This service is not available at the moment. We are currently trying to secure competitive shipping rates to offer you this service in the future.

Please note orders placed through the website require up to 72 hours to be processed. Our office is closed at weekends and Bank Holidays.
