Principe Di Corleone Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon
Among the hills of Corleone, in the countries of Malvello
and Patria, in the heart of the D.O.C area of “Monreale”,
bends at sight the rows of vine cultivated from the Pollara’s
brothers, which have done from their love for the grapes
a passionate job. This passion proves with the continue
evolution and exploitation (increase in value) of the classic
wines of Sicily, putting into relief the typical nature
of the vine and using only the best grapes of each vineyards
which are selected with care, harvesting by hand and softly
pressed. The farm has always aimed on the improvement of
the quality of the own wine through the program of research
in the sector of the vine-growing and wine-producing and
with the help of the modern technology without renouncing
at the noble oenological Sicily tradition.
Sicialian wines from the famous town of Corleone, in the
central part of western Sicily. After being aged for a year
in oak barrels, the wine goes through a natural refining
process in traditional barriques.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is a warm, dry and full bodied red
wine. Best served at a temperature of between 16-18 degrees.
Excellent as an accompaniment to red meat and hard cheese.
The Chardonnay has an intense and fruity fragrance with
a harmonious and persistent taste. Best served chilled and
goes greatly with hors d'oeuvre, risotto, soft cheeses and
excellent with fish dishes.

Villafranca Frascati D.O.C.
Superiore
This wine is produced with a selection of the best grapes
of the vineyards in Colle Mattia, in the Frascati production
area. The grapes are softly pressed and the must is fermented
at a temperature of 18 degrees. After a suitable maturation,
the wine is bottled under a sterile condition after micro
filtering. This Frascati has a bright straw yellow colour,
delicately fruity bouquet, young and vivacious taste. It
is an elegant wine best served fresh at a temperature of
between 8-10 degrees. It is the ideal accompaniment to appetizers,
white meat, fish and delicate dishes.

Trebbiano D’Abruzzo
D.O.C.
This wine is made with Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes,
vinified at a controlled temperature without contact with
the peels. After the fermentation and refinement, the wine
is oxidised in steel tanks and rests shortly in the bottle.
Appearance is straw yellow with greenish nuances and a delicately
fruity bouquet. It matches well with Mediterranean dishes,
white meat and fish.

Montepulciano D’Abruzzo
D.O.C.
This wine is made with Montepulciano of Abruzzi grapes,
vinified with brief contact with the peels. After the fermentation
and refinement, the wine is oxidised in steel tanks and
rests shortly in the bottle. Appearance is intense ruby
red, with a strong scent of wild berries. It is a full-bodied
wine, pleasantly dry with a hint of liquorice. It matches
well with spicy dishes, grilled meat, game, cheeses and
salami.

Avegiano Trebbiano
D’Abruzzo D.O.C.
This wine is made with Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes,
carefully selected and vinified without contact with the
peels at a controlled temperature in oxidizable steel tanks.
It is produced in limited quality and has a light straw
yellow appearance. The bouquet is fruity and flowerish with
a mellow, dry taste given to it by the trace of Chardonnay.
It is best served with hors d’oeuvres, rice dishes,
white meat and grilled fish.

Avegiano Montepulciano
D’Abruzzo D.O.C.
This wine is made with a careful selection of Montepulciano
of Abruzzi grapes, vinified with long peels maceration and
produced in limited quantity. After the fermentation and
refinement in oxidizable steel tanks and a short passage
in casks, it rests for several months in bottle achieving
a harmony of scents and tastes. Its appearance is ruby red
with a strong wild berries scent with typical liquorice
after taste. It is most suitable to pasta with tomato sauce,
grilled lamb, game and ripened cheeses.

Marsala and Agrigento, in the western part of Sicily. It
is made by a single vineyard called Nero d’Avola.
This superb red wine matures in oak casks. It can age for

with a hint of bitter almonds. The taste is smooth, slightly
