Sundried
Tomatoes
This typical Mediterranean specialty can be used as a base
for delicious snacks when entertaining guests before dinner
or between one course and another. Combined with a little
oregano and chilli pepper it becomes particularly inviting
when part of summer menus.
Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower
oil, wine vinegar, salt, natural flavourings.
