BAROLO CASCINA ADELAIDE
Cascina Adelaide’s Barolo jumps from the glass with layers of intensely spiced, ripe red fruit. A vineyards blend, which produce ruby red wine with brick reflections, on the nose wild cherry and forest fruit are blended with a delicate wood, the palate is tannic leading a long finish with bright acids. Aged for 24 months in barrel and then 6 months in bottle. Perfect with red meat dishes, game, truffle-based recipes, marbled and strong cheese.
