ANTICHELLO RIPASSO SUPERIORE 2013 75CL
Made in the Valpolicella area with 70% Corvina, 20% Rondinella and 10 % Corvinone grapes.
The wine ferments at a temperature of 22-28˚C with maceration of the skins for about 10 days. Second fermentation takes place on the marcs of Amarone.
It is then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 9 months and 3 months of bottle ageing.
It shows an intense ruby colour. On the nose its bouquet is pleasantly overwhelming with notes of black fruits, coffee and leather.
On the mouth it is full-bodied and smooth, with a persistent and wrapping taste.
Perfect with red meat, charcuterie and medium aged cheeses.
