From the Friulian word AUR (meaning ‘gold’). Made with 100 % Chardonnay grapes and harvested exclusively by hand. It is a fresh and easy-drinking. A beautiful Chardonnay fermented off the skins and without oak or malolactic fermentation. An international variety for a fresh, scented monovarietal wine, with a clean style. Its elegance makes it ideal for many different pairings. Excellent as an aperitif or with starters, fish dishes and white meat.

It is like an open window with maritime and continental winds and breezes blowing through. The cool, dry Bora wind coming down from the Balkans alternates with breezes blowing in from the Adriatic.
