Ingredients for 4 people

500 g Barilla Penne Lisce

600 g of peeled tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

4 tablespoons of Pecorino

1 red pepper

parsley to taste

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation 5 minutes to prepare + 9 minutes cooking

Blanch, peel, depriving the seeds and dice the tomatoes.

Sauté the chopped garlic and chilli oil.

3.

Add the tomatoes and cook for five minutes.

Cook the Barilla penne in salted water, drain when al dente, season with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and chopped parsley.
