Mortadella
Montorsi guarantees a superior quality product and offers its customers only Mortadella produced with choice pork meat and strips of bacon, according to the best Emilian cuisine. Besides, the quality of the neck fat used marks all Montorsi Mortadella with a delicately balanced flavour. Rigorous checks during cooking, an essential stage in the ancient recipe, guarantee the traditional soft and compact slices. Productive competence and gastronomic expertise enable Montorsi to offer customers a safe product distinguished by a unique fragrance, flavour and lightness. Available in 1kg, 3kg and 10kg.


Salami's
Italian gastronomy boasts a large number of regional specialties that vary mainly in shape, type of meat and casing used, grinding, spices, curing period and production processes. The remarkably varied regional traditions have created unique tastes and flavours that range from the traditionally intense taste to the spicy and smoked aroma. Montorsi proposes a wide selection of the best regional specialties, competently and reliably processed and carefully seasoned to blend the unchanged quality of genuine flavours of the past with customers’ modern quality and safety requirements. Montorsi is also nutritionally avant-garde in guaranteeing that its products’ fat and caloric contents meet the demands of a healthy and balanced diet.
Montorsi salami’s special feature is the exclusive use of pork meat, chosen and selected according to a supply chain philosophy centered on total control of the entire production process.
All Montorsi salamis are available naturally whole or halved and vacuum-packed.

Milano Salami, Napoli Salami, Hot Sausage, Cacciatore and Bocconcini are available.


MAGNIFICO SALAMI
“ Magnifico” salami combines the delicious flavour of salami with the sweet taste and lightness of uncooked ham (fat content: only 15%) This finely ground salami is produced by processing choice lean Italian pork. It is seasoned for at least one month in little metal cages that give it its typical flat shape.

 


Prosciutto
Dry cured ham, the symbol of Italian cold pork meats, is produced by processing the noblest cut of pork, the leg, with just one ingredient, salt. A century-long experience in salting and air drying is now a real art that makes Italian uncooked ham unique in flavour and fragrance.

 

Pre-sliced Meats
Montorsi offers consumers a wide range of sliced cold pork meats served in plastic trays.
An essential feature of these products is their delicious flavour, typical of freshly sliced charcuterie. In fact the protected atmosphere and the exclusive Pro Pack ® packaging ensure fresh flavour and fragrance until the best before date.

The following pre-sliced meats are available, Salami Milano and Felino, Prosciutto Crudo, Coppa and Parma Ham. As well as Gran Antipasto which has a bit of evertthing - PREMIUM SELECTION OF TRADITIONAL ITALIAN DRY CURED MEATS: DRY CURED ITALIAN HAM, COPPA PARMA, SALAMI MILANO.

     


Pre Cooked Products
Cotechino Modena IGP (Protected Origin Designation) and Zampone Modena IGP Montorsi are prepared following the traditional recipe typical of Modena, which involves the use of only chosen parts of the pig.


Specialities
The Italian cold pork meat industry boasts numberless seasoned specialities. Like most famous uncooked hams, they result from a consolidated salting and seasoning tradition, refined in time and now a real art.
Montorsi proposes a wide selection of "dry-cured specialities" such as Bresaola, Pancetta and Coppa.
