Limoncello
Villa Hemery Limoncello is fruit of traditional work from
an old Mediterranean recipe. The main ingredient is lemon
peel which is soaked in a mixture of alcohol, sugar and
water for a prolonged period of time.This process gives
the product fragrance and it also adds a delicate aroma
which makes it very appealing.
Crema di Limoncino
A liqueur with a pleasing taste and moderate alcohol content,
it is excellent after meals and with dessert. To further
enhance its flavour it should be served cold. To maintain
it well, it is advisable to keep it away from sunlight and
in a cool place.

FINE GRAPPA
A vintage distillate grape marc, obtained by careful steam
distillation. It stands out for the delicacy of its warm
and velvety aroma. Produced in a typical region, selected
and bottled by Villa Hemery.

AMARO CIOCIARO
The Amaro Ciociaro, a mixture of carefully selected natural
ingredients, is the product of an authentic recipe from
the “Ciociaria”, region of Italy, created and
safaguarded by the Paolucci family since 1873. It can be
served straight as an after a meal drink and on the rocks
or with seltzer as an aperitif or thirst quencher. It makes
a great punch when served with lemon peels. Don’t
accept substitutions, always check for the label that assures
you of the authenticity of our product.

SAMBUCA PAOLUCCI
It is the traditional Italian liqueur with its taste of
aniseed and other plant substances which give this product
a flavour so particular and refined that it may be considered
one of the best liqueurs of its kind. It can be served straight
with coffee beans or on the rocks.
SAMBUCA & COFFEE PAOLUCCI
This liqueur is created by combining our Paolucci Sambuca
with coffee liqueur, it can be served straight up as a delicious
after dinner drink, and is also excellent over ice cream.

A liqueur with a particular, bitter tone made from exclusively
plant substances following an original Paolucci recipe.
Fernet Paolucci can be served straight at any time of the
day, in coffee or as a punch.

Amaretto Paolucci
Typical Italian liqueur with a pleasant and unique taste,
Amaretto Paolucci is produced in Italy under the exclusive
supervision of the Paolucci family following a traditional
recipe. It is excellent served over ice cream, and delicious
in fruit salad.

A dry liqueur with a brandy-like aroma. An excellent substitute
for brandy or cognac, as a pick-me-up, for cooking, for
making ice cream and for baking.

A liqueur made from Dalmation morello cherries and other
aromatic substances. Used in particular in pastry-making,
for flavouring fruit salads and for preparing crepes.

A cream liqueur obtained from a particular selection of
ingredients. Cream, milk and a high percentage of cocoa
combined with its moderate alcohol content make it an appealing
liqueur, suitable for drinking at any time of the day. Warmed
it makes an excellent pick-me-up punch. When drunk in moderation,
it offers all the benefits of the substances contained there
in.
Royal Club Cream
Obtained from a fortunate combination of selected cream,
sugar and top quality whiskey. It can be enjoyed straight
at room temperature, on the rocks or as a flavouring for
lacing coffee.
