Pizza Flour
Molino Iaquone is the Iaquone family’s flour mill, which
benefits from the milling experience of several generations
of Iaquones, producing the ideal soft wheat flour for all
types of baking, bread making and pizza.
Our mill has a large, modern structure with an advanced
milling system which produces flour to the highest standard.
The quality of our flour is guaranteed by careful selection
of the best wheat, which is purchased only after numerous
laboratory tests have certified its adherence to rigid established
standards.
Particular attention is paid to the training of staff in
Hygiene, both by their attendance of State courses, and
through continuous refresher courses, and of course by the
implementation of the correct hygienic practice in accordance
to the HACCP method (DL 155/97).
Flour obtained from the best Italian grains from the Po
Valley, the Pontine Plain and from the Fucino Valley. Particularly
suitable for Napoli type pizza, for dough which requires
a short rising time.
