Dolcelatte

Santa Lucia
This is the true Italian mozzarella, To taste its freshness and flavour at its best, eat Galbani Santa Lucia Mozzarella cold, with a drop of olive oil and a pinch of salt or in a salad.

Finetta Ricotta

It is especially liked for its fresh, original taste.

Parmesan Reggiano
The traditional marking with the inscription in full "Parmigiano Reggiano" is impressed along the side of the whole cheese and enables the identification even on small pieces. The structure of the cheese is unmistakable: granular, with the typical breaking in slivers and the particular delicate and fragrant aroma.

The whole production shoould come from a restricted area according to the law; the provinces of Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia.
