The impact of Covid-19 on your order:
In the current climate it is taking up to 7 working days for your orders to be processed and delivered. We are experiencing a delay due to a large volume of orders received. We are working as fast as we can and hope to have your order delivered as soon as possible. When you do receive your order, certain items might be missing. That’s because more items are out of stock than usual. Where possible and if indicated on your order, a substitution will be offered. After that we will issue a refund for any items we can’t substitute.
We apologise if you don’t get exactly what you need at this time, but we’ll continue to do our best for you in these difficult times. Unfortunately, Customer Support cannot help with stock availability issues.
Please note our office will be closed from 10 – 13 April so any orders placed during that time will be processed week commecning 14 April.
